Hi there fellow players,

Just posting to say hi and thank everyone here, present and past, for sharing ideas, systems, and approaches allowing novice players like me to not waste thousands learning the game.

A bit about myself; What drove me to try is obviously the money, not with an easy-money-no-effort philosophy, but I did understand quickly the potential earnings this game can provide with a good mindset, good systems and good money management. That’s a bit naïve too because I can see how the destructive potential is also here, but I love this game, I guess I’m the kind of guy attracted by how it works.

First thing I’ve come across was obviously the martingale …. urg …. I’m glad I never played real money using it.

I kept looking and practicing, and eventually I came across videos of Charles King’s daily roulette; very interesting guy and good systems I think. They worked pretty well play demos, but didn’t seem to work so well for me though, made 300£ in 5 min playing 50p bets using d’Alembert progression on inside numbers but lost it all 10 minutes later. Still quite impressive anyway, it didn't seem to be pure luck (or was it? :)). Like everything else you gotta make and learn from your mistakes, I should have stopped! Haven’t made the same mistake since.

I like his systems but they rely on consistent hits of inside numbers and if they don’t happen frequently enough you get wiped out.

Anyway I got more familiar with the game and kept playing, got the highs from the wins, the anxiety and self loathing from losses, etc .. all the things you experience when starting. I’m just analyzing and observing how playing affects you. What a rush. I’m using stop losses, I don’t get greedy, and understand that patience is key …. and try not to crap my pants when thing go bad.

Recently I’ve been doing more reading and played less because I’m focused on learning and growing my Bankroll, making consistent winnings isn’t my primary goal at the moment.

Since I started about a 1.5 month ago I’ve been slowly growing my BK; I’ve read the forums to identify good systems, tested them and then played for real. Among the ones I used where Charles Kings, then some D/C progression systems I found posted by GLC, some others, then came across the Ten Spins To Win thread from Rjeaton. Been playing a lot of it on demo, a bit for real. Never lost so far and played easily more then 2.5k spins (about 300 for real), but eventually it will lose. Nearly lost 500 units with it two days ago. Still the best I've seen so far.

So after starting with a 100£ BK initially I’m nearly at 600£. Not too bad I think, but I feel I’m in a position where I should really think and not rush in and loose it all. So it's time to post.

I don't have much to offer to you since I’m a noob, but may I ask some advice? Been reading the thread about CODE 4 and will check other systems mentioned there like Divide&Conquer, Pattern breaker and others I’ll come across.

It’s just that there are so many systems around, so many bad ones and a few good ones, I imagine it’s wiser to come here and hope for a little direction as to how I should proceed next. You would help me to trim all the info by suggesting which ones I should really stay away from (even if they look good) and which ones are worth the attention. I'm trying to avoid losing my current BK while learning and growing it.

Big thanks to everyone that unknowingly helped me, GLC, Wally, Atlantis, Rpro, Hermes, Rjeaton etc .. and everybody else who makes places like this so awesome.

Thanks so much for reading this big first post guys.
