Its basically a roulette calculator following specific algorithms ( only known to the author for now ), by which it attempts to "predict" or rather scoop out favourable betting opportunities. The application offers bets on streets or singles, or both even. Could be used with dozens etc., depending on how you wish to interpret the system. Naturally, as with other apps, this one also bases upon the need of a minimum of spins before it offers advice on next bet. Last but not least it includes a money management feature, with advisory on when to up or lower your wagers. A somewhat crude progression system if you wish.

I have seen better results with another free app, called "Ultimate Roulette Calculator 2nd rls", however I wont dismiss this one.

okay - i have looked at this.

it is in essence looking at repeaters. so if spin 1 =30 and spin 5 =30 around spin 9 it will say bet 30.

typically this looks for you to bet after a given amount of spins after the repeater and you only bet for a limited number of spins.

as you go through the cycles, the number of numbers to bet on increases, chasing a winner.

on a winner it resets.

the rows would appear to be driven by the repeaters.

in summary - its great if you have hot numbers, pretty dire if you have 10 numbers hit twice in 30 spins but no numbers hit three times........

so in testing - on one day, i played 3 or 4 times and was great. next day was awful. guess what. one day had repeaters next day didnt.....

what was interesting was that the rows was hitting nicely but the numbers was a killer.....so there could be something in playing these only

The necessary anlyse to avoid the negative games.
1) Because the game is based on the repetitions
2) that sometimes they escape the game
3) that the charts show a tendency either to the earnings, or to the loss

question: on a cycle between spins 24 and 32, what ratio would allow to play more favorably?

You mean numbers that repeat within the first 24 spins? I suppose we would expect 16 different  numbers to appear in 24 spins...

Go back and check out the answer I gave bali96 he had a similar problem with another DLL file. So download from somewhere VB6FR.DLL and then do as I say in that post of mine and it will work...
