no zero advantage?

any ideas to get an advantage over a no zero roulette table (assuming bet spreads are the same as a normal table)

Unfortunately, you cannot get an advantage...
Almost the same thing as the 2.7% edge... but in this case you will not get above the 0% figure.

I believe there were other discussions not too long ago about the non-zero roulette.
Try to find them, I think there should be some more useful information.
