the roulette limits at the showboat are 5$min and 100$max.  im betting on 1-18 and 3rd 12 with a progression of 3/2, 9/6, 33/22, 74/36   now is the 5$ min accumulative so i can make my 3/2 bet?  and also can i make a 74/36 bet with the 100$ max?

depends if 5-100 spread is the table limits or individual bet limits, im assuming because the min 5 is accumulative that you mean table limits, so yes you can place you 3/2 bet and no you cannot place your 74/36 (110) bet, it doesnt hurt to ask the casino though, i would sugest flatbetting though, the progression will wipe you out eventually

ive had a lot of success with it with play money.  I go about 100 spins with no trouble. im looking to make 20 and just walk  away and come back later

You are actually betting 5 lines/double-streets, just a $1 bet on each Double-street will make the required $5 min.

You can use them instead of laying outside bets (unless you are getting 50% back on zero at your even chance bet by LaPartage rule).
