I need an opinion

Please give me your opinion. In terms of how many spins it would take for the last number to hit if I was crossing them all off. No goofy answer please like....a number might not hit for 8,000 spins. My answer/guess is 400 spins would not be unheard of. I'm not looking for the world record answer, just your solid advice, this could benefit alot of people. 350? 400? 500?  Thanks a bunch guys, you are the best ANY forum could ever ask for.  Ken

I reckon that in your lifetime you probably wouldn't see it go past 400.

Hello Kenneth,

Manrique mentions 20 times the universe as the "wall" most actual casino players won't see the wheel go past. Please notice computer-based simulations can go happily over this figure, this is why he makes the distinction between actual players and computers.

So, for an even chance the universe is two (2) spins, then as per this 20 times rule a human player at the casino will hardly see the wheel go past 2 x 20 = 40 blacks or reds in a row.

Then we have for a single number an universe of 37 spins x 20 = 740 spins as roughly the same equivalent to seeing those 40 blacks in a row.

Precisely Manrique's "potentially verificable figure" is 10 times the universe, so 37x10 = 370 spins.

American wheel is 38 x 10 = 380 spins.

I think this is your answer. At real casino conditions that last number is likely to be spun within 370 spins Euro wheel and 380 spins American wheel.

Best regards.
Victor

I think this one sounds good to keep in mind.

And as you say if you let the computer run non stop then you will find it, i did, i hit 17 series of RBB in a row in 800 000.

Ah! I see Shorty got it right, before me. Gee, I read Ken's post yesterday night but was sleepy, I do use the "Save as draft" feature for later posting! So glad to see the fellows are actively participating [smiley=im/thumbs_up.gif].

Great work shorty, my mate  You really got your wording, well, shorty!

I figured my guess of 400 was in the ballpark.  Ken
