The way to spin wheel

Hi!

I have spotted that some casinos spin the wheel once clockwise and once counter-clockwise...
Other casinos always spin the wheel same direction?

How does it effect outcome? Does it effect outcome?

They say it is an counter measurement against us as players to use cw and ccw.
Conditions is important.

VB and Bias players are some serious sensitiv people and conditions is every thing for them.
They would say it does matter if you use both when you should only should use cw or ccw.

Even an mark on a wheel can be a reason to track a wheel for 2000 trails for bias.
Well when i collect spins with my wheel at home i only use cw as i would do in my local casino if i was going to play DS with light VB.
