Welcome.  Though no longer a member, I still sometimes read RF.  RF has definately improved since Steve has appointed moderators.  Good moderation is of course a key element to any type of forum.   I never thought Steve would let anyone other than himself moderate his forum.  I also never thought Victor would choose a moderator of another board to moderate here as well.  I am truly glad to be wrong twice.
