Hello guys,

Let's call our scammer Bob ok?
I will not mention this person's nick he is using here to protect his identity.
I shall share with you a story over a span of 2 weeks which I have been made a victim of a scam.

I receive an email from a member here last monday,stating that he is Bob my fellow countryman.I didn't wanna talk much with a total stranger despite the fact that we both come from the same country.Later that night,I had a chat on skype with Jak and we are having a discussion about Kimo's GPM.Out of interest,I ask Jak about Bob if he knows anything about him.Jak told me Bob is from my country Singapore and he a student of Kimo as well.

The next morning,there is more email from Bob and he wanted to exchange skype contacts with me which I did.The reason why I was doing that is becos I can't get any of Kimo's books at all the bookstores and I was thinking he could tell me where to get them.So we hook up on skype,I ask him what I need to ask and he told me where to get the books,at the same time I was playing roulette online.I just done withdrawal a thousand over dollars and I had S$900 in my account which I wanted to play with and go further with my challenge.

Bob told me he plays roulette full time online and doesn't have a full time job and he makes about 3 to 5k monthly.He claims that he had ever won and withdrew S$190k from betinternet.com using Kimo's method.I wasn't amaze by it as the biggest amount I have saw people won is also around that figure.Bob suggested that I gave me my user id and password for my betting account as he wanted to demostrate to me how effective Kimo's methods are and reassure that the maximum drawdown is only 160 units.However he claim that he is unable to show my exactly how he does it as he doesn't want to offend Kimo by leaking out the secrets.I was thinking to myself what the heck?there is nothing to lose just 160 units thats it,I will be along side with Bob on skype anyway.so I stupidly gave him all the passowords,so he was playing and losing alright until my account was only left with S$300,that is a loss of over 500 units.

I was damn pissed man I didnt like that not only I lose some money,I also did not get to see Kimo's method being effective.If I wanna lose money I make sure I lose it myself instead of letting others lose for me.Bob then suggested that we chip in together to play @ betinternet and ask me for S$1000 for funding,I was very unwilling to do so as this guy just lose $500 of my money and he is asking for more to lose.Then he offer to protect the capital,he send me a screenshot of an advance wire transfer of S$1200 that will take place that following thursday directly credited to my bank account,If there is any loss of any sort.He will bear the loss on his own.I decided to go along with it knowing that I will get an amount of S$1200 in my bank account no matter its a win or loss.Bob was being pushy the whole day urging me to wire the S$1000 as soon as I can so he can start making money.That evening I did a wire transfer to his account.He promise me that he will give me a report everyday on how he was doing on betinternet.com

On wednesday,Bob told me he had to go for military service for a week,all Singaporeans are subjected to 2 years of full time military service and 1 to 2 weeks annually after completion of your full time liablilties.Bob told me had won close to US1.7k in those 2 days which I never saw any evidence or whatsoever.This is when I started to smell a rat,Bob suggested that we should take it a step further and offer me if I wanna top it up with more funding of S$2000 so he can play bigger units.I didn't want to simply becos I haven't even get back a cent from my investment yet.He was being pushy about it and he knew I was firm with it.In the end,knowing that he can't convince me,he came up with another idea and ask me if I could help to deposit $2000 on behalf of him as he can't leave the barracks.To cut the story short,he was telling all sort of nonsense just to get money out of me.I just turn him down.

Thursday came and I am suppose to get the wire transfer of S$1200 which I never did,I become damn pissed and confronted Bob and f##k him upside down for not honouring his words.He told me he couldn't leave the barracks and didn't have online access to do any sort of banking.At this point,I smell trouble but I had no choice but to go along with it.He reassure me that once he can leave the barracks on Sat**day,he will make the withdrawal from betinternet and I will defintely get my money on Monday.

On Monday,he claim that betinternet has not credited his bank account with the money.I go into a rage and call him all sort of names.There is nothing I can do now,I just wanted to get the money back.His reasoning was that he had never done a withdrawal over the weekend and he didnt know it will take a few working days.It was a tall story I knew it was a scammer in action.Again with his bag of lies,he told me that he was sorry about the whole thing,he never expected this to happen.Then he tried to trick me by telling me that I will get $2000.00 instead of the $1200.00 as he had won quite a neat sum.
I couldn't care lesser I just want to take what belongs to me.Again he gave another deadline and that is on Wednesday morning everything will be over,that is what Bob promise.He has got an email from betinternet stating that the funds will be in his bank account on Wednesday.I ask to see the email which he is unable to produce up till now.Its obvious,its a lie so he can't produce anything

Came today which is wednesday,I started chasing for the money in the morning.I got another tall story that the funds are in but it will be clear by 5pm.
I knew this was another lie becos in the 1st place he said wednesday morning why now 5pm.I started to ask about the money at 5pm sharp,he told me he is busy and he will get back to me by 6pm.I knew I was going to get another grandmother story at 6pm and true enough.He came up with this lie that the funds are in his bank account and need 2 days to clear,he can only pay me on Friday.This is the lousiest bullshit I have heard,I gave him a piece of my mind,I have enough of the bullshit stories and Bob still thinks that I was born yesterday.When ask to produce that email from betinternet,he can't produce anything.

I am writing this to warn fella members to be wary of such scammers.I am very unlucky to meet one and I only blame my own foolishness for falling into a trick.I think I should make a police report and let the authorities deal with this scammer.I urged the hosts here to release his IP address to me to help the local police get hold of this rat.At the same time,I urged Kimo to expel this scammer out of his private section.Please offer me any kind of assistance if you can.


My fellow members,

I have a few questions for all of you and if you can answer it to the best of your knowledge from what I have written

1.Will you ever cheat,con and scam your own countryman?

2.Does Bob have a questionable character?

3.Is Bob a scammer?

4.Is it possible to encounter so much problems withdrawing from a online casino?

Unfortunately I doubt is will be seen as Internet Fraud, you gave him your passwords Etc. That no doubt will be in the casino T & C's as a huge no no.... :o The casino wouldn't of paid out ANY winnings IF they knew this, of that I am sure.

I don't think the police would do anything, as you gave him the passwords and such (of course, I'm going by Canadian law).  But you should share his name to warn others so it doensn't happen to them.

Apparently I got some sms this morning stating that the sum of money will be reinstate to me tomorrow.

I will only tell you facts which I have been told by Bob.There was no mention of an ultimate method neither a holy grail of any sort.
Bob only claims that he plays full time roulette using GPM on exactly how it is being done,he didn't tell me anything nor show me anything,from what I was told its strictly confidential and I am not suppose to know anything at all.

Who knows Bob might just said I made a groundless allegation against him and refuse payment.

I am requesting bank to expediate my clearance so that i can clear to Jerek tomorrow (Friday) afternoon the soonest.

And if I can't, the maximum is 2 days, so I can safely say within this week i can clear to Jerek (anyway, if i can't deliver tomorrow, i know i will be labelled a scammer).  it's alright, i know i can clear it definitely as the last banking day of this week is Sat**day until 12pm SG time.

Jerek just stating his feelings and I will be responsible for his amount.

You guys be the judge.The above screen shot is being sent to me by boddy,its states clearly that the amount of money is being hold by the bank by 2 days.I got the news on wednesdy afternoon and I demand to see a screen shot of the holding amount that day itself and it been delayed so long until the email has to be send at thursday morning.Perhaps there is a lot of photoshop to be done to make the screen shot look real.The promise has been given that I will receive my money on friday at 5pm.The sad part is I didnt even get a call at 5pm and I have to call Bobby to ask what's going on at 6pm so again its a c**k and bull story,no point elaborating about it.

And what did boddy say,he CAN defintely clear on the last banking day of the week which is sat**day 12pm fine I gave him that half a day more.I want to stress that I did not give any deadline,all the promises are all made by Bobby.You guys will laugh your heads off,Bobby call me on sat**day late morning and told me his is now under investigation from the authorities from receiving money for gambling purposes and the money may be confiscated.

Hello all,

Yet another disappointing sad pack of lies from Bobby the scammer.
This is how the story goes,Bobby promised swear upon that he will get a loan by wednesday to repay me.
I have been in contact with him since monday following up very closely,he insists that everything is well taken care of up to tuesday afternoon.

Yesterday,I contact him again to confirm the timing for today's transaction,he said 3pm not me.I wanted him to give a time so that he will not come with an excuse that he is unable to meet the time if requested by me.This morning,I had an sms Bobbby claims that he has a meeting and he will honour his promise at 5pm.Fine,so be it.At 6pm,I have no news of whatsoever and so decided to give him a buzz.

This is what I got he could not raise the money.........and he was telling me everything has been taken care of for the last 2 days.
What kind of a person am I dealing with here?
A con artist? A scammer? Or a great story teller that will give children a good bedtime story?
Bobby's character is really questionable here and I do not understand why the Singapore goverment has ever employ him to serve in the regular army.I am a tax payer and come to think of it I cannot imagine putting the defense of my country in the hands of such unreliable person.

Now our great scammer is asking for another 2 working days.......on what grounds should I give him another 2 days?
I was being told lies again and again until I am really fed up with all this nonsense.I thank all the bros here for the support and the PMs that all of you have written to me.It is a fact that many of you think that Bobby is a unreliable person.

I am really disappointed,angry and upset as I have always been nice and helpful to everyone around me online and offline,it just goes to show that being kind doesn't pay.People take advantage of you!And when question further if I am really going to get my money on friday,Bobby start giving attitude problems,the way and the tone of his speech suggests that he is not sorry and not ashame of all this rubbish he has created for me.He still thinks that he is right in all sense and he has try his best to return me the money in fact he never did,he just use his bag of lies and deception.It just makes my blood boil. >:(

I have been kind enough to remove the screen shot of Bobby's bank account by the request of his Mr Kimo Li citing reasons that it is personal details and its not nice to make it public.I took it off immediately upon receiving Kimo's email as he is an authority in the world of roulette.Now I do not care anymore an eye for an eye,a tooth for a tooth until I see dollars and cents! >:(

Has any member here been approached by bobby or other members in an attempt to solicit money?  Regardless of the intent and outcome, this would seem to be unacceptable behavior.

I have been a victim up to this stage and I can't see anything postive ahead to be honest but I guess I need to let people learn about this incident and be really wary.Truly,I do not want another of such incidents here again.Its a shitty feeling and I do feel better b***hing about it.At the end of the day,good or bad I got to move on and let this serve as a warning to others and hope such things will not happen to another person here on VLS.

I agree with much of the general overtone of your post; however, I also find some of it to be equally pretentious, insulting, and condescending.   Specifically, this Quote -

From your writings I assume that you don't know See_Jerek and don't know his means and financial situation.  If indeed I am incorrect in my assumption, it seems to me, that reply would have been better if sent by pm rather than a public post.  Furthermore, even if the amount of money in question isn't significant by Jerek's standards, does that really matter?  It seems that you may have missed the point.  Don't gamble with money you don't have.  Don't gamble with other peoples money that you can't cover.  DON'T USE THIS FORUM TO SOLICT MONEY FROM OTHERS FOR GAMBLING.   

It is clear that Bobby asked for the money and not Jerek who suggested this scheme.  In other words, it was Bobby's idea and therefore he deserves this scrutiny.

This guy Bobby most likely had good intentions when he borrowed the money and probably thought he had some "crackerjack" system and could take any amount of money, double it quickly, and then keep half while returning the borrowed money.  Here is the truth as I see it:

1.  Bobby did not mean to scam Jerek.
2.  He lost the money because his "crackerjack" system lost like all roulette systems do.
3.  He then took more money out of his account because he thought it was just a fluke that his "ultimate" system lost and he lost that money too because nobody can beat roulette, not Steve Hourmouzis, not Kimo Li, NOBODY.  The only reason anybody wins at roulette is because they make bets that have close to a 50% chance of winning and they get lucky that day.
4.  He lost all his money because he is a gambling addict and then did not want to admit that he was an absolute failure and his roulette methods really suck and he started lying, because thats what junkies of any sort do, they lie about everything.
5.  He is probably scrambling around right now trying to come up with 50 bucks because is in his mind he can take that to the casino and win back Jereks money and probably a hundred bucks for him to(NOT).
6.  How do I know all this - been there, done that!

My advice to Bobby:
Come clean and get help, apologize to Jerek and this forum and ask for the nearest gamblers anonymous meeting.  Keep going back - It works if you work it!

My advice to Jerek:
It's 2009, I don't care if someone is your "countryman" or not, everybody is out for themselves and the world economy sucks so nobody has any money.  Don't give money to someone you hardly know especially when they say they are going to win more by playing roulette or unless you know you will never get it back!  Bottom line, it's your fault.  Sorry, just the facts.  No offense meant to anyone.

You may have some valid points and some good advice.  Though I obviously disagree with # 3 and I am not sure why you brought Steve and Kimo into this thread like that.  I am confident that Kimo beats roulette based upon what he has shown me .  His 28 matrix combined with the Holyman are deadly plus I'm pretty sure that he wins w/ DS regularly.  I think Steve H. might be able to beat roulette with VB as well, if not I think he can beat/cheat it w/ one of his machines, but I'm not sure.  I write this knowing that I've criticized him recently, but one has nothing to do with the other.  I'll try to leave this thread alone.

31st march I was being told 3 days to get the dough in my account.I saw nothing today.Its 5th of April.How many days has it been?

It seems that its not going to end well.It is a scam well done with evidence that make me believe a liar.On this screen shot,which transaction is dated 31st March 2009.According to bobby and he acknowledge this on this thread,it will take 3 workings then it didn't happen.Again there was tons of shit excuses from the bastardly man and he swear on his life that it will go thru on Tuesday 2pm,now its 5pm it.I didn't saw a cent in my bank account,I demand an explanation from Bobby.Where is the money?Where did it go?The transaction is already completed and it is clearly shown on the screen shot.Bobby says he doesn't know,so nowadays banks cheat people as well? this is really something new.I told him I had enough of him.let's meet up and and settle this,I ask him to name a place and time and I ensure him I will come alone.My reason for doing this is purely simple.Yes we have triads here in Singapore,quite a number in fact.They have their own turf and area of influence as well.I am giving Bobby the upper hand by letting him name a place,if he has any connections with such societies,the meeting place will be at their turf when they can amass their members and by going there alone I will be in great danger.I do know some powerful people as well out there mainly in the central part of the island.Then again triad people are reasonable people and they do not beat you up for no reason and in my case I am purely a victim.Triads do and also have a code of conduct to observe as they have a long tradition.Whack a person up for no reason and and if this person has connections with other triads as well,its smells blood.These people also do not want any trouble with the police

This is not my business but in your case I would show that screenshot to the bank and ask THEM where the money is.
If it is a fake they will tell you so.
If it is real they will probably explain why you have not got the money.

The answer is 3 working days
I also call Bobby's bank UOB and ask them the same question
The answer I got is the same 3 working days

There is no way to sell a laptop here for $2000,I am not in IT Business but I always buy 2nd hand IT stuff and the truth is I am using a top end Sony Vaio retailing at $3000 over dollars,Its only 6 months old in showroom condition and it only cost me $1500 from a 2nd hand dealer.

A man once poked me in the chest and called me "boy" and told me he'd pay me when he got damn good and ready.  He left my store with a foot print on his chest where I kicked him.  I felt better.

He sued me for assault and battery for the sum of $250,000 and I had that hanging over my head for two years.  I won the suit and he had to pay my attorney, but it wasn't worth it! 

I've driven away from road rage twice in the last month.  A man didn't and was nearly gutted.  Lost part of his liver and stomach to a knife.

I feel shitty I do not want to destory someone's future,once you go to jail here,its difficult to seek employement.For $2000,its also not worth it,I begged Inspector Sidek to hold on a while and let me think about it,after all I do not want any trouble,I just want my money in full.

The last time I spoke with Bobby,he promise and said that if he cant deliver by mid april he will pay me interest of course that is fair,I have gotten $700 which Bobby did not account for what this amount is for,he refused to pick up phone calls so I assume this is the interest for putting me through all that trouble.

Sorry for the late reply,thank for your concern.I was outstation for some work.I haven't started work on the CEH tracker yet will start on this asap since I am back home now.

Being arrested by the police is only the beginning,as the investigation officer is a friend of mine,once he get his home address he will give it to me.Then its mafia business.He is going to get it both unless I see the money in my bank account before the cops catch up with him,if he has return me the sum in full and there are records of transaction,they will let him off as there is no case.I can even close the case at this moment,I just need to tell the investigating officer that I have gotten my money back then case close.
