Brother, it may be time to let it go. 

A man once poked me in the chest and called me "boy" and told me he'd pay me when he got damn good and ready.  He left my store with a foot print on his chest where I kicked him.  I felt better.

He sued me for assault and battery for the sum of $250,000 and I had that hanging over my head for two years.  I won the suit and he had to pay my attorney, but it wasn't worth it! 

I've driven away from road rage twice in the last month.  A man didn't and was nearly gutted.  Lost part of his liver and stomach to a knife.

Sometimes you just have to let it go and move on.  I've said too much, but I felt the need.

Hello all,

I feel the need to whine to you guys again and again,I am sorry but I feel the need to amuse everyone with the scenarios that unfolds.Bobby cited that I SHOUTED at him so he refuse to answer my calls.So I decided to be really nice and allow him more free time as I do not wish to hear any news of any form of mishap again,do note from that time till this very moment,he has has no answered any calls just enjoys typing sms to me.Bobby said that he has bought a few notebooks on hire purchase and is trying to off load them to pay me,how touch am I?It makes me look like a robber putting a gun to his head and asking him to do this.He looks a a victim being forced to do things against his own will.I have to make my stand and tell him,this sale of lap tops got nothing to do with me,I did not ask him to do it.He did it out of his own will.I ask him to answer me truthfully did he get an overdraft and has it been approved?He answered yes.I ask him where is the money now?His answer to me was he had transfer it to the wrong account and the sum WILL been rerouted to his account.I ask when?Until this very moment,he still could not answer my questions.It seems that banks have become very irresponsible nowadays,guys please do not trust banks.Take out all your money and keep them in your closet stack nicely below your under garments,it is safer.Came Tuesday,unable to deliver again why?Dealer could not sell his lap tops need more time,its fine,since I have waited so long doesn't make any difference,again this is not my concern,I am only interested in the overdraft he took,this selling has got nothing to do with me,I said this from the start.
Thursday came,cant deliver again reason given 'You do not have to trust me but I trust my dealer friend'.I am sure anyone will be totally sick by now and when I call him up,he can't pick up his phone,low battery,in a meeting,grandma pregnant.Anything you can imagine.Friday came,still unable to deliver,so now Bobby's dealer friend becomes unreliable now,its not him.See he is well verse in the material art of tai ji,pushing the blame to others.Banks,dealers,anyone,anything, except himself.I told him rationally and nicely look we got a problem here,I do not want to hear any more problems I need a solution.I told Bobby he is simply not putting enough effort to solve the issue.Out of kindness,I give him 2 solutions on the spot,one is to approach another dealer a friend of mine which can offer to buy cash on the spot,he rejected it.I do not know why but that is till a very good solution I reckon.2nd solution,I give him till Tuesday which he swear he can settle the matter but I requested that a 3rd party be inform of the whole situation and c**k ups through an email cc to me.I do not want people to come back biting me saying I have force a him into prostitution to repay me.
Bobby agreed to this and promise he will send a mail to this neutral person over the weekend.I stress to him again this is not my problem,I am only concern about the overdraft he took to pay me and he still couldn't answer up till now.There was no email on Sat**day.

Sunday came which is today,I left for Indonesia to do some merit making at a monastery in the rural area.It was an act of kindness and charity for Buddhist like me.I was overjoy to do my part for the poor children in that place and also arrange to liberate 1000 odd birds back into freedom from captivity.I have decided to abstain from meat as well for just for today.Before I left on a boat to this rural island,I reminded Bobby with an sms 'I had not got any mail,be a responsible person,do what you promise.'I came home with a happy heart and with a ring over my head for doing good the whole day just to discover Mr Bobby did not do what he promise again.I rang him up,he did not pick me but sms me 'My phone is low on battery,I can only sms'
I do not want to go through what I replied Bobby anyway but there was no answer from him simply becos he is out of reasoning that's for sure.

I really feel very unwilling to go into a seek and destroy game,it will be ugly and it will be the last thing I wanna do.Please someone,anyone write to Bobby stop stop making me a victim.I know I have been told lies,stories again and again but I still want this thing to come out positive,however it takes 2 hands to clap and someone is just not trying his best.

I really hate this,its been on going for months.I decided to seek an advice from an old varsity classmate of mine.ASP Assistant Superidetant Steven Yeo is a great friend of mine,he works for the Singapore police force unfortunately he is with the commericial affairs divison but has recommend me to lodge a report with his collegue Inspector Mohd Sidek,I went to see him about 1 month ago.Statements being lodge,Bobby scammer bank accounts.emails,IP address,even the smses he sent me. has been provided by me.I have been brief by Inspector Sidek that he will do his best to help me as ASP Steven is his ex superior,however he can't help me recover the money but he can sure put Bobby in court and let the magistrate decides how long he spends behind bars.The first thing he will do is contact him by phone,if there is non response,the they send him a registered letter,still no response,then they will issue a warrant of arrest. I feel shitty I do not want to destory someone's future,once you go to jail here,its difficult to seek employement.For $2000,its also not worth it,I begged Inspector Sidek to hold on a while and let me think about it,after all I do not want any trouble,I just want my money in full.

The last time I spoke with Bobby,he promise and said that if he cant deliver by mid april he will pay me interest of course that is fair,I have gotten $700 which Bobby did not account for what this amount is for,he refused to pick up phone calls so I assume this is the interest for putting me through all that trouble.
