I've tested this, with negative results.  Anyone else have any success?  I was getting -6 many more times than +3 units.

I havn't tested this yet but looking at the post there is a question that comes to my mind such as:

-PENULTIMATE RESULT(the 2nd to last in a series or event)
-What series do we look at?

Also I might add that the original author stated that we need to develope this bet in order to be successful.So:
-This bet on EC's would seem to be only a part of a series of bets.
-Developing this bet would most likely be done by studying random results?(Really study)
-Look for a bet within that bet?

There are eight each red evens and eight each black odds

So lets just imagine we take those completely out of the game for a minute.

We are left with, as TINO says, ten each of the red odds and black evens PLUS a zero.

It might take care of ranomness but it won't take care of RANDOMNESS.

TINO you need to change your thinking.

If the penultimate result shows its traits more often than expected, then a bet constructed on the table to maximize this occurance would be a successful formula, yes?  A successful trap to receive more winners than losers could tip the favor.

Well the way I read this if the penultimate bet is black you would bet all the black plus all the even numbers for a total of 26 numbers. Is this correct?

To me your answer is exactly what the bet says to do. It is a slow grind, but still depends on how we will interpret the randomness.

Hi Tino. Unfortunatly i do not agree. It does not work. Either You may strike a good Fluctuation. And the next moment a bad one. The Game is not readable.

Warrior, I had negative results too unfortunately but your point had much sense though - I think we gotta look for the winning variable within this bet - the "owner" of the website (I wouldn't call him in this way but since over here now censorship rules.........) said it once that the bet has many variables but only one is a consistent winning one.

If we find a consistent losing one out of this one and then reverse it...
