Changes to the Forum.

Hi Forum.

I am going to make some changes to the Forum starting Now.

1) I want every Moderator/Admin Etc to be on the Look out for Celiza and give Her all the Help You can while She is learning what & how to do things,
Under no circumstances is there to be any disrespect allowed to be shown towards Her,
Report all such posts and WARN that person that does such a silly thing.

I am sure that if We can accomplish that then We can attract more and more Woman Members to not only participate but to join OUR Forum.

Who Knows..There could be plenty of Woman that have great ideas about Roulette that have NOT felt comfortable in the past..........Lets try and change that and give them an opportunity to do so in the future.

2) The Naysayers' Lounge is to go as of Now I have told Victor that this Morning.

One of the reasons is that it upsets some people to be put in there when they think they are being treated unfairly.
So We will take that away from them by doing This.

If there is an off topic comment or a disruptive post in a particular Thread.
Every one of us will now open another Topic called >>Questions For/Comments About (that THREAD)
Then We will move the offending or disruptive post to there.

Please all start doing that as of NOW.=(from now on)

Hi People.

After the results of the Voting in the Mods Area.

And on behalf of the Moderating Crew.

Its been decided that those Private Boards that had either been inactive or the Owners of them have taken Their Studies off site (the Forum) have been shut down.

I want to make it Very Clear that VICTOR had nothing to do with this in any way shape or form.

It was strictly done by VOTE by the present Moderating Crew.
