Help learning about VLS LW methodology

Must of been on the moon but i totally missed learning this lw method about dozens/columns?? also i understand a pattern is formed which contains more losses than wins?

Really interested in reading up about this method so if anyone can point me to the original post by VLS i would be much appreciated.
