A bet based on the most staple and safest of movements of roulette?

Here's something I found on the net, I hope it's ok to paste it here:-

As promised this is truly simple, But we use two bets as a "Combo" bet. Or you can choose to use just one.

THE BET! .....Stage one!


It is an "outside" even money bet.
i.e.,   Red or Black, Odd or Even, High or Low.
It is a leave it on to double, treated as one bet

For the purpose of explaining this bet we will just use Red and Black.  You follow the others in identical pattern as shown in the example below.

Any number of same Reds or Blacks two or over in a row is the figure you must look for. Ie. 2 –3 –4 –5 –6 etc.

You wait for a change of colour to occur, then bet the same as your run of two or more. In other words Not the change colour. The penultimate colour! (one before last)

This bit is crucial to this bet.... On a win..You must leave it "Ride" once on the same bet.  You now have two units running to complete the double.

ie. You have placed one unit from your "Bank" as per the bet, and take four (4) off for a win

All losses = 1 unit.  (if lose at stage one or two!)
All Wins = 3 units profit (you have only bet one unit...but take four off) for each unit you bet.
That is the basic bet.


THE same BET......Stage two

Because this bet is based on the most staple and safest of movements on a Roulette table, you now have to take advantage of this fact. And this is how you do it.

After any loss you increase your bet by one unit only. And you stop the increase at a win! You will have won an amount as per the calculator below

Because you are getting a "return" of 4 to 1 on this bet, you can go to times six, and still make a profit of three units.

BET AND RETURN CALCULATOR:
Bet 1 units = bet total =  1 = 4       returned  Win 3
Bet 2 units = bet total =  3 = 8       returned  Win 5
Bet 3 units = bet total =  6 = 12     returned  Win 6
Bet 4 units = bet total = 10 = 16    returned  Win 6
Bet 5 units = bet total = 15 = 20    returned  Win 5
Bet 6 units = bet total = 21 = 24    returned  Win 3
Bet 7 units = bet total = 28 = 28    returned  Win 0
STOP DO NOT BET. Take a O loss or 28 unit loss

NOTE!  It will happen! You will lose a 28 unit mini-bank now and again. Your win ratio will always exceed any losses by a big margin. Consistent playing will give you better Mean Average Returns. (M.A.R.)

IF THIS DOES EVER HAPPEN WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE THE SAFE ROUTE. STOP! YOU HAVE LOST A MINI-BANK. WRITE IT OFF AS A LOSS! DO NOT DOUBLE YOUR BANK!
NOW REVERT TO ONE UNIT AGAIN TO START THE PROCEDURE WITH A NEW 28 unit Mini-Bank AS PER THE BET  STAGE ONE AND TWO.

This bet is well profitable enough to stand the occasional loss of a "bank" now and then. In Roulette odd things do happen from time to time, but they also work in your favour as you will see some extraordinary long winning runs!

Over any reasonable period and regular betting to gain the M.A.R this bet will return far more winning sessions of 30 units and perhaps a few losing ones of 28 units


Never change this formula! We know on certain occasions that a different approach would profit better?....but you MUST look at this bet as a LONG TERM proposition. And long term following the formula will PAY BETTER PROFITS!

That's it.....it is that simple! Please don't make the mistake in underestimating how profitable this can be.

You must now understand that this bet must be used in conjunction with the "Whole" formula as laid out below.

YOUR BANK:
We always use and recommend a Mini-Bank of 28 units, for each of the outside bets you are betting. Plus a backup Bank for each one. We call these mini-banks. If you lose a mini-bank do not DOUBLE your next!  Just write it off.
There is a "factor" built into this bet called
The Mean Average Return.

This is the Golden Key you must never change!
Let this "WORK" for you. You cannot beat it, or "Know" when it is working to your advantage. Follow the instructions exact
Do not GAMBLE or you will lose!
You must have one "BACK-UP" bank for each of the bets you are betting. This will ensure you should never have a losing session.

THE SESSION:
This is not a fixed session bet! This is a "Target" bet
We have researched all the possibilities of this bet, and for many reasons this bet is best treated as a "Hit and Run bet!

Not least of all you can exploit the short time factor that many sessions will give you.(you can do many sessions per day)
So this is a set Profit Target Bet. The optimum target is 30 units of bet (thirty) At this figure you get the maximum return for time and profit   YOU HAVE JUST DOUBLED YOUR BANK! plus expenses!  Playing outside of these figures will increase your risk factor a little from what is a safe bet. Professionals should play safe at all times.


THE RULES:
The most important rule you must obey is "Win and Walk"
This not only protects your profits, but also gives you as a Professional player, protection from detection!

There is just one very important "Rule" to apply here, and that is applied always!

Finish playing on a WINNING BET!

Note! Silly gamblers finish on a losing bet?

SIMPLE EXAMPLE USING ONLY RED AND BLACK: * = change

REMEMBER AFTER ANY WIN REVERT TO ONE UNIT BET!
A LOSS OF SEVEN IN A ROW MEANS YOU HAVE LOST A MINI-BANK...REVERT TO NEW BANK AND START AT 1 UNIT.

 
You can see now how you can simultaneously bet all three of the outside bets, as per the "formula" as soon as you have learned one correctly. THIS WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO DO!
i.e.   Red/Black...Odd/Even...High/Low
In Europe you can use the cards to record, but in areas where they frown upon this you will have to develop your own secret system. Just takes a bit of thought! A good idea wherever you are if you are a full-time professional.

ONE FINAL POINT ON THIS BET!
You will find that only one or two of the three bets will streak ahead, whilst the other one or two will show a smaller profit each.
Therefore do not guess like a gambler?  Eventually bet all three to get that important overall Mean Average Return.

It will take some effort on your part to learn perfection, but the returns are better than much harder efforts in other careers.

It is as the bet above but....this is FLAT betting.
NO DOUBLES  NO INCREASING
You only play one larger unit bet in the second position (where you would normally double) as above
Do not bet the first position. You ONLY bet if the first position WOULD HAVE WON....OK!   or NO bet!
This is straight forward even betting
No increases! No Doubles
We recommend a HIT & RUN approach of 4 wins per session for each of the even money bets. ie. 4 for 1, 8 for 2, 12 for 3

Seems interesting and logical
Quick test using random numbers in RX shows overall profit of 40.5 units in 190 spins using just the one EC: RED/BLACK
There was encountered ONE lost bank of 28 units.
