Your question is not clear. Every pair of neighbor numbers sleeps all the time it doesn't hit - so the answer is "all the time, unless it hits".

However here is some useful info (for 37 numbers):

(the first number forms 36 unique pairs, the next number forms 35 unique pairs, the next forms 34 unique pairs etc...)
So, there are 36(36+1)/2 = 666  unique pairs of numbers. Of them 37 are neighboring pairs. So the chances of a neighboring pair against any pair is 37/666.

Thank  you  Kav i did read  that  but  specific  question  is what i lookinfore  exactly is  on  interval  max 38 spins  has  to  arived  one  of  my number  now half  question  of this  is   what  is the  mark orr sign  that numbers   not will  arrived .  well i see it  many  times   when  arrive  neighbor  of  my  number  then  i  can   wait  another 20  spins but  not  everytime  and  n ot  often  so i cant  figure out  some  what i  can  hold  it  and  be  steered  with  that.  means  if  i  play 10  and 8  and  i  will  see  4  time 8  i can   wait  next  round  that 10  not will be  arrive  im n ot  sure  about  this  i   just watching results  and   comparing  them with others  numbers  to  get  picture  of  some  marks  when  is  god   to not  put  any  money  on   riddle  if  u   capisto  Thank  you  once  again
