Here are a copy of the Rules for the MM Public Roulette Challenge.  Please feel free to comment should you have any questions/concerns about any of the rules.  **Entrants/Contestants in the MM Roulette Challenge are required to read and understand the rules and I will assume you have done so by entering the challenge.

Rules for MM Roulette Challenge

Entry:
Must be entered into the challenge before the first numbers are posted and I must recognize that you are entered (either by post or PM).  Should someone wish to enter the contest after the start up, a unianimous decision must be made by all participants and hosts.

Basic Rules:

1 – Total Spins: 506
2 – Starting Bankroll: $250
3 – Min Bet: 1$/per number/corner/line/split..etc, 5$/Dozen or EC
4 – Max Bet: 10$/per number , 25$/Dozen or EC(this is based on DublinBet)
5 – Initial spin of 12 numbers, followed each day/post by 6 numbers
6 – numbers will be posted at noon EST every day (almost).  On those days that the numbers are not posted by me, we have 2 options:
     a – either wait for me to post, or;
b – I will have someone else post them for me
7 - if every contestant has posted their bets, I will post the next 6 numbers asap, even if it's before the next official posting time (noon)  This will allow the tourney to run faster (hopefully).
8 - if a contestant does not get their bet in before the next post, then their bet will result in a "no bet".  They are still able to participate (as long as they are still abiding by rules 11 and 12)
9 – I (or someone I designate) will be in charge of tracking every contestants "score" or results.  I will then post the results on a regular basis.
10 – I will be in charge of posting the numbers, which will be supplied by me.  I will submit the numbers to at least one more person (who is not competing in the challenge) incase any disputes occur.
10(a) - All numbers are coming from a European Wheel (single 0) as this is what DB uses.

Forfeiting from the Tourney:
11 – 6 consecutive missed bets = forfeit from tourney
12 – 25% missed bets = forfeit from tourney.  There will be roughly 82 rounds of betting, so if you miss 21 of them, your out of the tourney.
13 - if you lose your entire bankroll (ie. Your bankroll becomes 0) you are out of the tourney. (you can't bet what you don't have)

Winning:

14 – Winner gets $250 in the form of an online account with DublinBet.  They will then be required to play online for a minimum of 10 hours a week for a total of 3 months (or a total of 120 hours).
15 – If there is a tie for 1st place, then the winners will keep playing for another 100 spins.  If there is still no winner, then we will keep playing 6 spins until a winner is decided (sudden death).  If, for some reason, they are playing the same system, then I will pick a number between 0 and 36 (wink, wink) and the first person to guess it wins.
16 – If the winner, after playing for the 3 months or 120 hours, wishes to continue betting with said account, they may, but I will continue to remove 25% of the funds each month, for a maximum of 6 months in which I will close the account (unless further arrangements have been made between me and the winner)
17 – Should the winner reach a bankroll of $1000 at any time and wish to quit, they may, but only remove 70% of the bankroll ($700) and leave the rest for me.
18 – Payments will be made by PayPal, Email Money Transfer (if possible) or money order (payment for the mailed check/money order will be paid for by the contestant.  So if you end up winning 1000$, I would take 250$ of it, and you would get 750$, minus whatever it costs to mail you the money order).
19 – The winner, of course, would be the contestant with the highest bankroll at the end of the contest.

Winner Forfeiting:
19 – Should the winner not meet the required amount of playing time, they forfeit the entire bankroll and I will donate it back into another similar tourney.  Should there be any winnings in the account (and the player not meeting the required playing times), the player will be allowed to keep 75% of the WINNINGS ONLY.  I will take the intial $250 and %25 of the winnings.  Again, the $250 will go back into the tourney setup.  Should the winners take not be enough to cover the cost of mailing the money to that person, all winnings will be forfeited (I'm not paying 22 bucks outta my pocket to mail a 6 dollar check half way across the world).

Posting your bet:
20 – Bets are not limited to any style or area of play.  IE; you can bet inside bets, outside bets, use progressions (within the betting limits of course), have stop losses, flat bet, etc.  Of course, any bets you wish to make will need to be clearly defined before the next numbers are posted.
21 - the only real stipulation I see to betting is that you can't change your bet after each number, as I will be posting them in groups of 6.

Disputes:
22 – Should anyone get caught cheating, they will of course be banned from the tourney and any subsequent tourneys.
23 – Should the numbers somehow get contaminated (ie. People playing in the tourney get a hold of the list of numbers) the tourney will be terminated and a new one will start from scratch with a new set of numbers.
24 – In the case of a dispute, my word stands.  Sorry, but it's my money.  I will of course be as fair as possible.
25 - Should the need to modify the rules come into play, it will be discussed amongst all entrants first.  Changes can only be made by the tourney host (me).

Hey Ronjo,

I'm in Canada.  I set the time for noon EST (Eastern Standard Time).  I believe that is the same as New York Time.  Easiest time for me to remember :)

Hey crazysg,

you bet you can enter!  Keep in mind that if you live in the States you may not be able to take the winnings though (read posts for more info).

As it stands though, I've officially entered you.  Your entrant number four.

Thanks for welcoming me to the family

I have been studying roulette for maybe 1 year now ( only an infant compared to many here ) and can see why it fascinates so many of you.

I've just recently adapted my strategy to the live wheel as it was geared toward RNG roulette but I think I have it sorted so i'm ready for the challenge
