Is SOMETHING always streaking in roulette?

I am wondering if SOMETHING is always streaking  in roulette?

There are of course many different kinds of somethings

Color (Black/Red)
Odd/Even
1st 18 / 2nd 18
2 columns
2 12s
0/00
quarters
halves
numbers straight up
streets
double streets

Would playing a positive progression on each of these individually mean that one of these would always be streaking?  I did this for a while with a team at craps and it did pretty good.  One person bet the 2,3,11,12.  Another person bet the hardways.  Another person bet the inside numbers.  Another person bet the outside numbers.  Another person bet the pass line.  After 1 win - press 50%. After 2 wins - parlay entire winnings.  After 3 wins begin pressing 25%.  Usually by the end of a session one of us had a decent stack of chips.

Would something similar work in roulette?

One may have to think "YES", the "clumping effect" every betting location seems to fall into on a regular basis has to mean the location is having a temporary winning streak for more than probability dictates (I.e. grab 37 spins and more likely several numbers are coming more than 1 time, etc.).

Just remember: one thing is to spot an event and a very different thing is how to make such event profitable to the extent of beating the house edge in the long run...

By the way, why did you guys (team) stop milking the craps table?

Kind regards,
Victor

The volatility was pretty extreme.  The other team members were doing it for fun, so they had lives to get back to.  I moved on to playing blackjack full time.  A team at craps does not work the same as a team in blackjack.  In blackjack the each team member can size their bets against a common bankroll as long as they are playing at different tables.  Doing it that way you can increase the amount of money in play without increasing risk.  For example, with 1 player playing against a $50,000 bank, Kelly might say that his max bet should be $1,000 when the count is high enough.  With 5 players playing against the same $50,000 bank, each player can size their bets the same way, with the same max bet of $1,000 in high counts.  Because they are playing at different tables the amount of money at risk can be increased without increasing the Risk of Ruin.    Craps is very different.  The bets in craps are so correlated that  all the players are splitting the bank, you cannot increase the amount of money at risk without increasing the Risk of Ruin.  Basically, you have to size the bets as if there was only one player playing.  So, the bankroll has to be quite large to have enough winnings to split 5 ways.  Playing the way we did is also kind of nerve wracking.  If the 7 is coming a lot anyone playing the Do side is getting killed.  So, everyone's bankroll is going down, down, down.  Then there would be back to back 12s or back to back hard 8s  and we would be back in the gravy again.  LOL

If I use the same approach we used at craps, I would just start betting each of the "somethings" using a positive progression.  At craps we didn't try to outguess the dice.  The bet selection was fixed before we walked up to the table.

So, let's say I make this bet selection before I go to the casino
Black
Even
1-18
1st and 2nd 12s
2nd and 3rd columns
36, 25, 35 (my wife's measurements)
...

On a win press 50%, on a 2nd win parlay the entire amount, on win 3 being pressing 25%.

If any of these bets streaks the winnings will pile up.  All the other bets have to do is not lose too much.

I know others will argue that you need to have some rational way to make bet selections, but I don't know enough about roulette to do that.
