Gotta Luv Progressions, or not.

What roulette layout bet affords the longest negative progression?

Keeping the profits real, none of this betting 1250 units to win 10 units stuff.

I think the Streets will allow for the longest progression while providing respectable profits (unless you lose of course).

My offering is a street progression that goes 54 steps, -1253 units if you lose, increments jump each time expected profit falls below 14% for the next bet.

54 steps on 3 numbers is equal to betting on 162 individual numbers before a loss.

Can anyone show a longer progression than 162 numbers?  :scratch_ones_head:

Wendel again?

Progressions can work, actually, but only if the bet selection gives a tangible edge flat betting.

Hi c1

Maybe they do, maybe they don't. I'm sure that debate will go on until the cows come home.

This thread is just asking for input into which layout bet would be able to prolong a progression the furthest.

I think it is the streets, but maybe someone can show a longer one, with similar profit %.

Mr J

"My offering is a street progression that goes 54 steps" >>> Mine only goes to step 42 but with comfortable NET wins. A few questions if I may. (I could careless about units, I want the meat and potatoes information) What is the first betting amount? What is the average min. bet where you play at? What is the max. bet (last bet)? What is the max. payout at your casino? The most important question, what are the NET amounts? Are the NETS worth the time you put into it, especially if tracking is involved? For my progression, I have 2 of everything. Meaning, one type of progression if tracking is involved and the other type if NO tracking is involved.  Ken

you only have to win once with a progression/

stavros

Nonsense, some progressions can WORK with a very low hit rate, such as 33% with the labby. there is another progression that will WORK with a hit rate as low as 25%, it is just a matter of how and where the wins and losses cluster.

Mr J

"you only have to win once with a progression" >>> Not to mention if spins were skipped before the betting started. It gives us that many more "chances".  Ken
