The outcome of numbers on a roulette wheel is not random.

Let me try to explain this. If you take 37 tags and write the numbers on them from 0 to 36. Put them all in a hat - shuffle them - don't look inside the hat pull one tag out write down this number. Put it back and shuffle the hat pull the next number, write it down. Put it back. What is the two numbers that you'v got. Can any calculation be made to these two numbers. There places s in the hat, distances between them in the hat?  Do they belong to a section or group in the hat? What was the next number across from them. NO!!

Then its random to pull numbers out of a hat. these numbers don't have any calculation to rest of the numbers in the hat. They all are just in one group 0-36 in the hat.

On the wheel the numbers are fixed. That's in a section or group and will not change. The number next to each other will stay the same. So there will be a constant distance between these numbers. If the last 2 numbers spun on the wheel were to be 21 and 20. We can use the distance between them on the wheel and calculate the prediction of the next. Even if this prediction is wrong the following of the results alters the calculation to change the prediction.

Each number can only from itself move 18 pockets either to the right or to the left. One can say now yes but then the movement is random. Because it goes 6 pockets away from last and then 9 away. If this is then random let me ask this how many times can it move before it repeats the distance away from a number ?- 36 times ( 18 to left and 18 to right of number) if it repeats on itself , you may add 1 to the 36 and that is the total pockets on the wheel.

Its said that out of 37 spins 12 numbers will not come up and some of the other numbers will repeat. Is this random?
Will the distance to next number out of 18 spins then never repeat?

Only when one lose or missed the number one is quick to say the numbers are random.

The only thing that's RANDOM is the player's perception on what is going to happen from what has happen. A player is quick to say if there is 5 numbers all in the 1 dozen that the next will be out of the 1's dozen. The observation of the movement might show that all the numbers are red and low. They belong to one side of the wheel.

Lets test it.
distance from last -- side of wheel
1.    28                        L
2.    33      10               L
3.     5       3                L
4.    26      17               L
5.    7        5                L
6.   21       11               R
7.   27       6                 R
8.   35       14               L
9.   20       10 +            L
10.   3       11 +            L
11. 28        3 +             L
12.   4       10 +            R
13.   16      17 +            L
14.   1        2               L
15.  19      17+             R
16.  14      15               L
17.  19      15+             R

An average of 10 pockets away from last. Can you see what to play? How to change the calculation?
