Experts, please advice..

 I am rather new here.   .   .    In my opinion (eurpean player), the best way to play is on the outside bets (fi red/black), because of the "En prise rule".   
It's minimizing y'r eventual losses.   

Ok, my system is following: I chose 12 red numbers (not important I guess which ones).   
These are my markers for the following spin.   .   

Theory behind : Let's say 13500 spins, the markers will appear 1/3 = roughly 4500 markers.   .   

1/3 of the red markers will have a follow up = a loss, because of my strategy is playing Black.   .    = a loss 1500 units
the rest (4500-1500)= 3000  is interesting, because of the following  fact.   .    all black numbers are available = 18, the red numbers are : 18-12=6.   
So a 3:1 advantage.   .     =3000/4*3= 2250 blacks and zero's and 750 red losses.   

Resume' = losses 1500+750 = 2250 versus 2250 wins.   .    is equal.   .   
Y'r loss will be 2.   7% of 4500 markers as a zero = roughly 120 zeros.   .    Because of the En prise rule, y'r loss is in fact 60 units.   

I downloaded from german tables roughly 40. 000 spins and analyzed this weekend 11. 000 spins.   .   

I had the following  progression : first one 1-2-4-8-16-32 is as grabb said 96.   5% of covering.   
Second progression : 6-12-24-48-96-192.   .    to recover eventual from first barrier.   .   
Third progression : 30-60-120-240-480-960 to recover from eventual first or second barriers.   

During analyzing the 11006 spins, I only needed 1 single time the third progression.   

Ending with a plus of 1503 units.   .   .    in this analysis I counted the loss of the zeros as a whole and not half of it.   .    So it's certainly better.   

So experts ,what to do now ? Analyzing the next 11000 spins.   .   .    Weaknesses ? Please advice.   .

You must be a millionaire.Unit in Europian casinos are about 10 euros,
and you would need much money reaching the third stage of your
progression.Wouldn't advise you to go into these adventures in real.
It's one thing calculating on the paper at home,and it's quite diff.

I'm no expert, but I have a question.  Let's break it down to a single spin.  You have chosen 12 reds. 1 3 5 7 9 12 14 16 18 19 21 23.  I think those are the first 12.  So we sit idle until one of those hits and then we play black to follow it?

I can play on machines with a live monitoring table here, max 500 euro.  ? I guess more. . 1 euro as a starter.  . 
But within a minute I am standing at the right table.    10 euro play with a max of 8000 euro related to the outside bets.   .
