This is just a scam, yes it probably works in play money mode as the numbers in play money mode are client side so if you know how you can hack the next number, however in real money mode the next number is not determined untill you press the spin button and this number is generated Server side so it is impossible to Hack the next number.

All they are doing is getting you to sign up to the casino they are promoting deposit a bunch of money so they can get the referral cash.

Who told you that?
If casino generates number AFTER we placed our bets and pressed spin button there's a lot of possibility for cheating (from their side).
I think all numbers must be generated before we placed our bets and that numbers must be absolutely random, not depending on our bets.

Why wouuld the number be generated before you place your bets ? Does the dealer in a live casino know what number he is going to spin before you place your bets ? Nope.

I have my own ideas about RNG roulette, personally i dont play RNG roulette anymore, too much like a slot machine and as you have already highlighted here
