Problem with shout box and chat as well

I am having a problem  to see my post at the shout box. Only once  and since then no more. It`s especially frustrating if someone says hello and I can`t respond. 

Also a  problem getting into  the chat. I am giving my regular  username plus the password but no dice.

I do have  a problem getting into the  " shout box".  To get  into the chat is  apparently a  frustrating venture eventhough I have given my proper username  and password. I have posted this officially at the General board.
