Newbie Victor LW Method Help

I'm new to the forum as of last week.    I'm trying to find out more info about the Victor LW method and any additions to it that others have contributed.    Is there any way someone can spell it out in one thread step-by-step?  Trying to piece together a complex system like this is very difficult.
