What's going on? I can't get access to the chat? It keeps prompting me for my user name and password. My username and pass is not working. I am also getting notifications that my information may be compromised. It was fine this morning. What's going on?

There has been an impersonation scenario, the admins have chosen it would be better to shut the whole thing down  before giving it to the abusers.

This nickname impersonating had to be stopped at its root. We can place another chat software tomorrow.

Hello, well, the thing is some rogue users have found a way to impersonate nicks at the chat.

How about you logging-in and seeing another Davey-jones going mad like this:

But it isn't you!

The issue is not about handling insults, the issue being the insults being made by impersonators just for the sake of disrupting the chat.

1) I understand the point of view regarding name calling and insults.

2) There is an great deal of good things of contribution that is present in the chat that overcome the miniority of insults, if we could apply 3.

3) How about users can only use our chat when an moderator is present, who would kick or give does an warning that thinks the chat is an kinder garden.

I just feel it is sad as I have many good experiences using this chat and I have to admit it has made me much more proffesional then any post you can read on this forum, my opinion.
