Even chance and single dozen patterns

Hi Guys,

Apologies if I've missed some obvious content in this section, but I'm looking for some effective patterns (LW) for even chance & single dozen bets (seperately I mean.  not as in 1 unit on LOW and 1 unit on DOZEN3).  I'm really keen to find something fairly consistent like those described by victor / lanky in this section.   

Any help would be very apperciated.
