Preface: Ulysses' Logical Positivism System gave me an idea.  I wrote down the most popular numbers that would hit in 125 spins after the first number hit.  So far I'm getting good results.  Like live Roulette, if you can find the part of the wheel where the numbers tend to hit more than the others, you may have a workable system.

Triggers: Advance the RNG wheel by betting on red/black equal amounts.  When the spin value is one of # on the left, bet the 15 numbers to the right once.  Hit or miss, wait for any #(left) to hit again.
