I bring this up every so often. Which is better to bet or no difference? >>> 10 complete spins, pick ANY number based on nothing OR 1 spin, pick 10 numbers, also based on nothing. Is one option better than the other?  Ken

Mathmatically, they both should lose at about the same in the long term.  My preference of the two choices would be the 10 numbers once.  It is how I design my systems.

Mr J

Not sure about long term but this is a one time test. As far as those 10 numbers. I'll say they are evenly spaced around the wheel, then I dont have to hear about "sector whatever".  Ken

Mr J

I take part of that back. I think in the long term, my thought on this would still be consistent with short term.  Ken

I'll leave the sector thing to Steve.  Just the 10 random numbers (even 15#) once since I play RNG Roulette.

Mr J

Its been a couple days. I would choose the one number for ten spins and here's why... Let me ask this first. If you chose the ONE spin, 10 numbers, is it possible to win (gross) more then 35 units. YES or NO?

If I did the one number, 10 spins, is it POSSIBLE to win (gross) more than 35 units, even though difficult? YES or NO? Doing the one spin, 10 numbers, it is *IMPOSSIBLE* to net more than 26 units, correct?  Ken

Well, betting the one number for 10 spins you have the highest edge, correct.  Just the betting preference of the player.

Mr J

I should just ask the question like this... For ONE test only (WITHOUT doing the test), which has a better shot? I say the 10 spins, one number because there is a chance to get two hits, not to mention, its possible to not get a win doing the 10 numbers, one spin. In that case, I would only need ONE hit out of the 10 spins, not two.  Ken

Again true, you would only need one hit betting ten times one number.  It would help to be somewhat clairvoyant.
