Why not just bet $100 on every street bet but the 1,2,3 street. It's the same bet. You are betting that the 0,1,2, or 3 won't hit on one spin. You will lose that bet 10% of the time. So you bet $1,100 ten times to get $1,000. It comes down to dumb luck at the beginning and then it loses in the long run.

Not that sure about the losing? If the H/L hits after zero you get $300 back or immediately depending on the rules.
And you don't lose that often either. I checked it and won 24 times in row. It is moment of surprise system, don't forget that. Whole thinking needed to understand the strategy. As gambling greenhorns can see by ignoring the rules going for one hit I would go home with $1,000 win! With smaller bankroll we could play a $10 instead of $100 and got $100 cash with bankroll $110. I checked around 2000 spins and would win all with one amendment! If you play progression and lose you don't bet the next spin again because the same numbers repeat. Like  2-2, 1-1, 0-0 and so on. Wait for at least 3rd spin to play again. Progression for 3 spins would be great. I didn't have more than 2 losses in row that's why you pause one spin after first loss. If you play standard strategy just one spin at night don't worry about repeats and if you are a little bit lucky you could have streak of wins for half a year or longer.
Cheapest progression would be: $5 on 4,5,6; $10 on 7-12; $10 on 13-18; $30 on High.

put 300 on last doz  300 on middle doz   100 on 12th street  100 on 9th street 100 on 6th street 
works out the same but it cost you 900 not 1100
I use on 00 wheel and 1 is next to 00 and 2 is next to 00 so thats nice easier to track . i dont have access to
0 wheel im near atlantic city
