A couple points regarding using $1 chips

First off, why do people use them? lol Granted, if you have a small BR, well, I guess so. I see players with STACKS of $1s. You could just use $5 chips and it would be much easier.

Another thing that bugs me....lets say you are playing a method with $1 chips. Thats fine but if your number hits, WHY do you need to count how many chips you have on the number? How in Gods name do you NOT know when placing the bet? I see it all the time....."do I have 6 or 7 chips on there"? WTF? Also, do NOT rely on the dealer to pay you correctly.

They make mistakes just like anyone else. Yes, they do have to get your pay 'verified' but why chance it? ANY bet you lay, if it hits, you should know what your gross/net will be!! Ken
