I respect the guy. This is a quote from him, not real sure if I 100% agree with it >> "The green zeros on a roulette wheel are what give the house its advantage."  Ken

Steve

It's not exactly accurate. It's more accurate to say the house edge is simply unfair payouts.

Mr J

(or)....there are 38 numbers (37) and the payout is 35:1. Thats the EXACT truth. Thats the house advantage.  Ken

What`s the BIG  deal about the house  edge. If I win 3 times in row with  a good method  I am a winner. If I BUY or SELL  stocks  through a broker he  gets  a commission either way.

I have  no respect for  anyone  who constantly preaches this  same  old cliche  .Those cats  just try  to ACT important.

The house  edge  the least of my worries.

If you  want  to  dance  you  must pay the  fiddler   . :ok:

hello ND. u seem like a genuine player.
can u explaim more abour ur method?
is it flat bet?
is it outside or inside?or anything u would like to tell ...thank u.

Anyone who ignores the house edge (or who is ignorant of it) is not doing themselves or anyone else any favours. Given an option of playing at a 00 wheel or a 0 wheel many people think it makes no difference, some even believe that the 00 is better because there are more pockets for the ball to land in!

Ignorance has consequences. I've noticed a trend in the past couple of years; online casinos which once offered 'Le Partage' no longer do so. To my knowledge only a small handful of OCs now offer it.  :(

If people had a better understanding of the maths involved they would be more discriminating and take their business where better odds are offered.

How long before another zero is added to the wheel?

Steve

Bayes what do you mean?? Ignorance is great! Let's ignore the house edge. It's not really important. I mean who cares about those lil' insignificant unfair payouts?? The casinos dont have anything on us! (yes, I'm being sarcastic)

I am  playing casino roulette  now  for over 29 years. This  Blah Blah about single  0  wheels  is  becoming  quite  a bore.
Here in the  USA  one  finds  very few  single  0 wheels and if one does , they are standing there collecting dust  or are closed.

So we  have to be  content to play at  the 0/00 version. All it  takes is the  ingenuity of  an  individual   to come  out a winner. Ditto for  controlling losses.

There are so many dorks in the casinos  that even if  ALL  zeros  would be eliminated they still would  lose  their bankroll.

In preaparation for  occasional trips to single  0 jurisdictions   overseas  I played  EC  at  the    0/00   wheels in  Atlantic City NJ. This  jurisdiction offers  le partage for the  0/00 wheel but NOT for the  single 0  wheel ( if open  but at much higher table  minimums).

But for  all   my practical purposes I am  an avid inside player.  22 well spaced numbers around the wheel  and very short term  play bring me the desired results.

This  field of 22 numbers consists of  13   of one particular EC color .When   favorable , I am  also betting  the   EC  in addition to the  action numbers  .That`s  about the general idea  of this  method.

HAPPY WINNINGS!!!

May I add  as  a backup that I am playing  another casino game  with ONLY  0.46 % vigorish and if one is not careful one can get his  arse handed on a platter. :diablo:

I guess it just makes my point. People are ignorant of the odds and because 00 is more common they simply follow the herd.

I don't understand the point you're trying to make. Are you saying that because most players will lose their bankroll then YOU should choose to ignore a better odds game if it's available? that would be throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

Yes, you can still lose your bankroll even on a 100% return game, but that's no argument in favour of not taking the best available odds on offer.

I am playing long enough to know  WHAT`s WHAT. So don`t attempt to  try to ACT superior. You can do this in front  of  the  amateurs  ,  novices  and the daily  crop of   key board experts proclaiming :"  hey  I got this  great system".

You  are  one of those  cats who has never  mentioned   playing any favorite  system  but are on top of the class
attacking Spike  and Gizmo. The reason is simple : they don`t let on how they play for the   benefit  all the midnite testers and that drives you guys  up the  wall.

I am for  Spike`s   modus  operandi. He is  doing it his way  to know  that the next bet is still 50/50 what   the math boyzz  are constantly  preaching . The  only trouble is  for  you : HE WINS   money  HIS WAY.

HAPPY WINNINGS!!!

Nuff said  .

Spike!

But, given the option (of playing 00 or 0) you would choose single zero right? >>>

Depends. If the single 0 is busy I'll play an uncrowded 00 to get more spins per hour. I never ever think about the zeros, they're just a nuicance that holds up the game. They can add a third one for all I care, won't effect me a bit.
