After loosing?

For all that use progressive bets, this question is especially for you.
What do you do when you loose the whole bankroll. .  Perheps that is part of
the game and excitment after all.
Trying to understand the psychology with this game.  So I can understand
what is happening when the whole account is down on zero

When I use a progression I play 3 strikes and your out!

So the bankroll is split into three parts. If I lose one stake I have two more chances of turning it around. If I lose two, I have one more chance and if I lose all three, then it's game over.

Play a different game now until I have another 3 strike bankroll.

I have never been unlucky enough to lose all three yet.
