Checked all posts but cant yet find a winning system

I have checked almost all posts on the board but cant yet really find
a promising system.

Has anyone come up with a system that really works great. I could ofcourse
understand that if you did, you wouldn�t post or mention it here.

Sorry to tell you this Shane, but there is no such thing as a winning system. All the systems and methods on this forum are based on fallacies like looking at past results, patterns etc. Don't listen to those who tell you otherwise, they are either deluded or trying to scam you.

There is a way to win at roulette, but you need to take into account the physics of the game. Look in the physics section and read posts by Herb and Kelly.

By the way, I'm in a minority here, but don't let that deceive you into thinking that I'm wrong and all the others are right. After all, you haven't found a winning system have you?
Others may tell you that you need to work very hard (perhaps for years) to find a system or method which "works". Such a system is mathematically impossible. If you search for years you WILL eventually find something which seems to do very well (purely by chance). "Seek and you will find". The trouble is, it won't last, then you'll go on looking for the NEXT winner, and so it goes on.

Don't get caught in that trap.
