Simple code needed please

Hello everyone,

A serious person I know says he has done extensive research in a real casino and has a winning formula... so far anyway.
It goes like this:

If you have number that comes up twice in three spins,  you bet the middle number for one spin only.
Ex. 5 34 5, you back #34 for one spin and one spin only.   My trusted friend claims to have at least a 20 % advantage.  And that after around 10 000 trials.  Not spins, actual virtual bets.  Yes he has been looking at this for a while!!!

Anyone with RX coding skills should be able to do this easily.

Just two more things I would like to add.
1- Make it optional to bet the two neighbours also.  In the example above you would back #34 with two units and #s 17 and 6 with one unit each.
2- In case of a win, you keep betting the same way.  In the example above, 5 34 5 34 you would back #5 with two units and #s 10 and 24 with one unit.  If it came 5 34 5 17, you would win but stop the betting until another situation comes along.

It makes some sense to me because the dealer would have the same rythm with releasing the ball.  Assuming this is the case,  it is possible that this could be a winner.

You would have to play this where there are several tables .  Otherwise the wait would be quite long.

Nope...
Nobody has coded this.

As I said, someone i trust says he has tested this over a very long period ot time with excellent result.
