I have checked almost all posts on the board but cant yet really find
a promising system.

Has anyone come up with a system that really works great.  I could ofcourse
understand that if you did, you wouldnt post or mention it here.

/Trying hard :(

Just last week. They closed some casinos with it, and deleted the post. You just missed it, drat the luck.

I think there are lots of promising systems on this forum which, combined with discipline, win goal, stop/loss, money management, etc, can win you some money.  The most recent are Bombus' Cauldron, Mr. J's 4 numbers, and Kingspin's Lucky Horse Shoe.  Good Luck.

Flash,

I hate to be the one to break the news but the only folks who smile when you gamble are the folks dealing you the hand - the casino.

In the long run no one can beat the house - gambling is a form of entertainment and that's it.   Which is fine.

I ski and it costs about $90/day in lift tickets, $3k in lodging and travel, and $1 K in equipment to have fun - gambling is no different; it costs money to have fun.

The ultimate goal is to make your money last as long as possible and to have fun doing so.   If you luck out and beat the casino one day enjoy your victory.

Looking for systems and techniques to stretch your money is part of the entertainment of gambling but eventually we all succumb to the laws of statistics; we all bust. . . .

In general you are right but I think that most people here is not for entertainment and for fun in the way you think but to earn money with roulette. I think that nobody here think ok I play roulette I know in the end I will lose my money but till then I will have fun looking for my winning system.

If we are talking about systems I like CPR modified by Kingspin too.

Pablo:That is precisely the mistake most people make. They are looking for HGs.They don`t consist. There are bad and good systems. The results after testing systems are predictable.I wrote before long run test are senseless.Though you can learn somethings.Study the performance of a large random row you can discover the features .Systems are very important for developing strategies. If you will become a successful rouletteplayer, you must study random rows and systems. Play very much for fun to build up a good skill before playing for real money.
Searching the HG on the many roulettesites is wasting your time.Books can be helpful, never buy systems.
I share my experience free!

Most of the folks here believe there is a way to beat Roulette - I doubt it.

Use Roulette for a break from playing some other game.

View Roulette as a fancy version of flipping a coin - you can make up all kinds of gimmicks to do better but in the end you play Roulette for the free drinks....

Maybe you are right but as schoenpoetser wrote there are good and bad systems so I think it is not waste of time to looking for good one and to improve them. To be honest few times when I was testing, creating some system I thought that I almost found my winning system although in the end these systems proved to be losing one. Besides from time to time here and there appears someone who claim he found some never losing system but won't share so it makes hope (but anger too) for others that roulette is beatable :)

It really boils down to making money after a session of 2 hours at the Roulette table.

I just know that using UFO science/math won't get you anywhere - using Money Management might.

I also believe there are natural born gamblers who might use UFO science as a crutch but take it away from them they still make money.

there are some good systems out there, but there is always this feeling:
THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
Thats why we stick around for a while, some of us longer than others.

If you are into some hard work and have some co-players willing to join in, you can always try what Norman Leigh did playing 12 hours shifts a day with a group of 6 people on two to three tables covering bets on all ECs using reverse labby. Sooner or later there will be an EC dominating the others.
But then again, you could encounter days in a row without any winnings.

I believe most systems posted here are somewhere kinda fun to play, so its a bit up to you. if you realy want to beat the wheel, its no fun at all.

Best regards,
Bob
