Remark by Nathan Detroit. There no correct answer or   incorrect  answer  per se  but  just how  one  would consider  that next bet.

In due  course I will reveal the  outcome  of this  bet.

I say black; otherwise the last five spins would be the same as the previous five, which is unlikely.

It will either be:

a) RED
b) BLACK
c) ZERO
d) NO BET, because they have already made profit lol

Over an infinite amount of outcomes (assuming option d is not selected) then it would even out with the expected red/black/zero loss win ratio.

However, not to be one to sit on the fence, I'll say they are playing a specialised jackpot bonus version of roulette and it will come out GOLD! lol

2nd choice is ZERO. 3rd choice RED. 4th choice BLACK

p.s. with my luck I bet it is BLACK  lol

i dont get the point of this test, if i had to "guess" then i guess black, however i dont see this as a experiment cause if i was right wouldnt prov anything, but hey, who knows

This is the original posters remark after I had pickeds RED as the next color.

*****If you see a load of blacks showing and bet on the basis that there is a black run on its way you will be just as many times wrong as right.

As    Nathan Detroit has observed three blacks often as not chop to a red.*****

In all candor it was my method  of play which made me select RED as the next  bet  after 3  of the opposite have  shown   among other criteria.


Thanks  for taking part . As I have stated there  was no  right or  wrong answer . Hopefully it has been helpful in some way. Patterns  DO exist and can be  exploited.  My experience has  been confined to  the 2  EC  colors.

i dont know why people insist on using math to explain that it has an equal chance of hitting, i think the more of the same coulor that hits the higher your percentage would be for it to change to another colour.

if every spin was individual then i would agree that the percentage would be the same.

but not every spin is an individual, its a game and as long as you are playing more then one spin then you percentages will come up.

im not sure if i have explain it well enough but thats what i believe though it is true that the last spin has no bearing on the next spin or something like that, but the problem is that you arent playing one spin. you are playing many spins and thats where i think people go wrong with there percentages but in the long run percentages dont mean much cause roulette was design to always win no matter how good your math is. in theory roulette cant be beaten but the fact is it can (math alone wont beat roulette, its all the other stuff we incorperate into our strategys that make us win.

well thats what i think anyway.
