This is a bet I tried out which worked pretty good .  
The bet is 1 chip on the first dozen and 1 chip on the third dozen plus 1 chip on the first column and 1 chip on the third column and 2 chips on black.

The progression is simple , what you do is double all the chips if you have not shown a profit after 4 spins.

So as an example if after 4 spins we are down in profit then double all chips , if we show a new profit on the next 4 spins then reset  all chips back to 1 chip take note of the  new balance and restart. Should we be very unlucky and still no profit after the first double then double up again and spin another 4 times.
This bet has held up over quite a lot of spins.

I think other progressions could be thought up too. I bet a split on 0 /2 on the doubles. Limit doubles to no more than 4 doubles .  

All in all this seems to be for the most part a  pretty solid bet.

Does it always have to be 1st dozen, 3rd dozen, 1st column, 3rd column and black?

Could you change if the first 4 spins show profit to 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, 2nd column, 3rd column and red?

I am concerned that online chip monsters will spot the first pattern and start counter plotting.

I agree playing the same bet is risky as rng's seem to force losses on fixed betting patterns. To be honest I have only tried this particular bet , trying it a different way to avoid cheating rng's makes sense.  Best to play with the 25p chips and see how it goes because playing with even £1 chips is not for the faint hearted when doubling this way!  Always try on fun chips first to see if you like the bet or not. Personally i would not change the bets to different dozens (winning or loosing) , thats just my own opinion though.

Just a thought, but when you play 1st dozen, 3rd dozen, 1st column, 3rd column and black, the only numbers not covered by any chips are 0, 23, 26 (1 green, 2 red)

If you change it to 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, 1st column, 3rd column, black, the only numbers not covered by any chips are 0 and 5 (1 green, 1 red)

I agree betting 1 chips is scary and better with smaller, but how about using 1 chips and putting 0.10 or 0.25 on green?

No 26 is actually a profit bet , if you play the bet i posted mate 0 14 23 are the only complete losses.
