When are you going to look past systems and to learn to understand randomness? I did. I actually figured it out. It only took me ten years. I did it without a single clue from anyone. Here the first step. Try to understand hot numbers. Start with 300 spins and attempting to stay on the three hottest numbers. Do this by selection new hot numbers and dropping others during the 300 spins. Do that for about ten years. Learn to write computer simulations that report meaningful telemetry. Do it all for yourself without sharing any of the results with anyone.

It's not a system. A system is a rule based technique that follows the rules mechanically. In every case the rule based systems all end up around the rate of the house's advantage. Hot number guessing was my first experience with the concept of making an educated guess. When I came across Spike talking about "Educated Guessing" I began to post of Roulette forums. It's been nothing but a fight ever since I did that.

if you played this in a real casino then it would take awhile to play as you have to get your info but the wheel always stay the same so im guessing it will show similar results the next day, this would show bias numbers.

on an rng this would be quick as it dosent take long to spin 300 numbers but keeping track of them would be hard, take away that fact.

and from the 300 spins you have 3 numbers, and im  presuming you are flat betting.

so you bet on those numbers, so you would want a win out of 11 losses to get a profit and to keep changing the numbers.
how often can you expect on average a hot number hitting? i dont think a hot number will hit in a 11 spins (i could be wrong).
maybe 20-40 spins, im only asking cause i cant test half of a system, if im to test it then i need to know more info.

i could get a 100,000 test done on it.

All I can tell you is that your conclusions don't fit with reality. It's up to you to find that original idea. Since I have yet to publish it you will have to go with your uneducated assumptions. im pretty sure your technique has been done before, maybe not on a larger scale but if rng is rigged then no matter what you wont win.
i can see it working on a live wheel and thats what i think you do.
