I had a quick read and still dont see how it would be valid in roulette, but I was contacted by someone with a system who is positive they have the holy grail, and that it uses this principle.

Yes,I have read this many times, since I saw TwoCatSam say that he thought the answer to roulette may lie within this very idea.
I have not been able to make it work within roulette yet however!
