I  heard of one casino where they allow  a lap top as long as  you bring your secretary  who can handle  the work load  for you.

Said casino also has a RESET  button  at all of their tables ..

Sure you can, its not a problem. Make sure you have a phone bud in your ear too, and never stop talking as you furiously enter info on the laptop. You'll probably be tackled be 3 security guards in a about 30 seconds. I was almost tackled for using a cell phone in Milwaukee's  casino about 8 years ago, I stepped out of the way just as the security guy went flying by me and landed in a heap on the floor. He was short and he jumped up and tried to grab it but I held it high in the air and he couldn't reach it. It was all very comical.

No casino in the world would allow it. In about half the world's casinos, it is ILLEGAL to use any device, mechanical or electronic, to aid roulette prediction or even store game outcomes. By definition you cant even use your brain though. Breathing breaks the law these days. Believe me I know the laws about this better than anyone - in adition to my own solicitor's research, all partners must submit legal research to me before becoming partners.

Anyway there is a difference between what is illegal and what the casino will tolerate. The bottom line is to beat roulette, being undetected is a prerequisite.

Most North American casinos will supply you with a paper and a pen at the roulette table. If they don't, a trip to the nearest baccarat table will supply you with all the writing materials you should need. Some casinos will even go so far to encourage you to write the numbers down.

While you are there, why don't you ask if you can spin the ball as well.

Haven't seen that, but I have seen a player reach into the wheel and slow it down.
