Now to answer to you and the forum.  Those I know of are:

Riverbelle
Wild Jack
All Jackpots

They all use the same wheel.

LaserWager also has a real wheel, but I've heard some bad things about them.

Suite332 has a live wheel, the CasinoWebCam wheel, but they took money from me and will not answer e-mails.  I would stay far away from them.

Casino Viturossa has a live wheel and supposedly takes US players but won't answer their e-mail and don't have a toll free number.

Anyone know any others?

Of the 3 main ones you listed, which do you like the best overall?  The limits seem sort of weird on the live wheel portions at the casinos, but you would know better than me

I am currently having issues with All and Wild.  They allow you 15 seconds to bet and then sometimes don't confirm your bet.

There is something wrong with a casino that gives you 17 or less seconds to bet.  I simply am going to stop play there if they don't change.  No, I've no time for learning anything new, but I thank you.

Tonight I played at Riverbelle, same wheel but a world of difference.  May just bite the bullet and make the larger bets.  They give you a full 28 seconds with no BS.
