Dealer tracking questions

I'm a firm believer that dealer tracking has its merits although quite new to roulette. For a few weeks i tracked several asian dealers online as they tended to spin from zero or opposite mostly regardless of where the last number was landed. This made it easier to eyeball any patterns as e.g. if you noticed several voison de zero numbers or likewise a few around 10 black you could assume they were tending to spin either full circle or half circle given their starting points. I  had a lot of great hits using this method but given i'm a complete novice i realised my betting progressions were not taking advantage correctly and my stop loss was equally poor  . The just as i was getting the hang of it they suddenly stopped that format of spinning and revamped the whole thing into the more usual european roulette where they sin from last number.

So my questions are: are there any other online live roulette casinos where they spin from zero; is there any substance to my theory; and could i readily apply this to normal roulette where they spin from last number.

Dealers are only part of the puzzle - just another variable. It is not the dealer that makes a wheel beatable - it is the ball and wheel combination.
