Where've I been?  Well, I found this contraption called a guitar and it took me away for a while.

I have some questions, if anyone cares to answer.  Or can...

Did winkel die?  He once said he would not live to see 2010.

Where are VLS and Lanky?  Do they ever post?

What about Matt from Australia?  He and Tiago2 invented/programmed SuperRoulette and then one day Matt and the site were just gone.

Does anyone know of a site where an American can play on line and get paid when they win?

Anyone ever hear from MattyMattz?

While I did not actively play roulette while on hiatus, I did a lot of study and reading.  I am still NOT convinced the game cannot be beaten in the long run although logic and math scream otherwise.

VLS pops in from time to time...... Lanky left when Stevie H brought the place.....

Good to see one of the old timers is back.

Some of the members are still here but under diffrent names.....but I think it exclude Lanky and Winkle.

Winkle's -win as much as you want- way of playing roulette was also discussed on a other roulette forum.(but he is not active there any more)

I hope the two cats are still well.

I did not ask about you and a few others as I read some recent posts and figured you were still in the game.  Thanks for answering my questions.  My wife and I are fine, thank you.

About 30 miles/minutes from me is an Indian casino where they recently installed a roulette contraption that works like this:  There is an upright screen and three seats on either side of it.  You play on a terminal just like Rapid Roulette in Vegas.  Almost identical  The "wheel" is so lifelike you forget it's not a wheel.  Naturally it's American with 0 and 00.  The bet spread is .25 to 100.00 on ALL propositions, which is strange.

So I meander on down there from time to time during work hours when I can be left alone to play.  Smoke just kills me!  Body odor is just as bad.  (Working men pop in to loose their paycheck.)  The place is full of outcasts, reprobates, degenerates, curmudgeons and ne'er-do-wells!  I love it!  I fit in!

Here is the amazing part:  I am convinced it is a fair RNG.  After all, if six people are playing, it can't have it in for just me, can it?

So, I've dug out a few of my old 00 ideas and will try them from time to time.

Lastly, I am so glad the hunt for the "Holy Grail" continues.  Before logging in, I was afraid everyone had just given up an taken up chain saw juggling.

The elusive holy grail, like big foot, is still in the minds of the people around.

Remember: some can have Martingale as the holy grail (because they go to the casino once in a blue moon, and they "never see it past 10 reds" in their lifetime)... and for others the über method in the world is not enough because it failed a Quattuordecillion continuous-spin testing they made.

You gotta love that! Some thing never change.

Hey! How many "grails" might we have stepped into by now, leaving them alone because of the new one!

A "Holy Grail" is like unto this:  Sit in a chair; raise your feel off the floor.  Grab the chair and pick yourself up, chair and all.  When you can do that, continue seeking the "Holy Grail".  Now, a barre chord on a guitar....hard as hell, but do-able.

Still, I love roulette..........

Im pretty much non-existant around here. Visiting singapore right now and the casinos dont have poker... So i take a crack at baccarat and the juices start a flowing.

mcmonaco, from what I know of Lanky you are right. But unfortunately he was very narrow-sighted and only saw one side. Anyway it is not a pissing contest here. The man was entitled to his opinions.

Only if you played everything his way. When I was
here under another name, I would get these smarmy
condescending emails from him that if I didn't do
things 'his way' I would be banned. And he did ban
me. Steve coming here was the best thing to ever
happen to this place. I like Victor, but he didn't have
good mods.
