You have it backwards. The frequintists only believe in long term probability odds.
They believe there can't be a useful connection between past spins and the next
spins. Those that adhere to Bayason theory have long ago proven their point that
past occurrences do have an effect on future events. The effect is not magical but
rather mathematical. Subsequently this has caused an unsettled rift between the
two theories. My miniscule contribution is an assumption that Roulette can be a
decisive battleground that ends the debate, once and for all. The simplicity of 37
numbers is such a simple form that proof would be forever undeniable.
