Any ideas on this, does TCD mean theres  6 pairs on the wheel that add to forty. The mat, remove street 21 and street 3,  rotate 4 to sit where 18 was, now 4 will sit on top of 36,  add and makes 40, 5 will sit on 35, 6 on 34 and so on.

Is this what twocando means or is 40 a secret number

I use to talk with TCD when he was around.

As I remeber it 40 was play to 40.

So If the last number was 21 you bet on 19
last number was 10 play 30
Last number was 29 play 11...............

his other favourite was 36

and sometimes he would play the number to make 40 and the number to make 36 at the same time

I mucked about with it for a while but didnt do any good for me lol
