It has everything to do with the distribution of numbers, related to 9 nuke quads, clover XXX, eclipse nuke stars, I mean every possible combination you can imagine. It's all defined in the Matrix principles. It's no wonder why 2, 4, 8 is in the first 12 numbers of the wheel and layout. That is no mystery. But then again, you have no idea what I am talking about.

I just saying it's nothing new. It's like the wheel inventing itself all over again.
