Please help, purchased UXsoft Xtreme Rou, wont activate properly

Hi All

the UX softwaer suppport link seems to not be working , no image showing for thwe code to send
trouble ticket.

I recently paid for and downloaded UXsoft.. Xtreme Roulette 2.0
(I had been using a trial version, not expired)

I installed it and ran the licensing software, but I get an error because the program
thinks i am trying to activate a different serial number
--- " Invalid serial #, please reinstall the software
---" licencse      C431-...
---" Active serial DE09-...

Please help or can someone contact UX soft and have them reply to
