AVOID BETVOYAGER AT ALL COSTS

As has happened to others most of my money was taken by a glitch in their live casino and to day after almost 20 emails I have not had a reply telling me what is going on and when or if I will be getting is back.

My advice to anyone thinking of playing on Betvoyager is forget it.  Avoid them at all costs.  Their service sucks big time and you will most likely be in the same boat as me if you try to play their live casino.

If I ever get my money back I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Please keep us updated about your issue with Bet Voyager live casino.

I want to know if they will give you back your money.

Also, can you tell us what is the glitch and how to avoid it?

I personnaly play at their No Zero roulette and
I don't have any connection problem
and their rng is perfectly honest.

Pactole - I think it's unrealistic to expect a BV manager to reply on this forum. With tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of accounts ? They "ain't
gunna" discuss negative problems of a few account holders on a public forum, especially with only about 500 +/- posting members out of about 1,000 +/- listed members.

nowun & Pactole - BV problems like nowun's raised their ugly head on the CC forum a few months ago. Have a look at the CC posts about that on the Main Roulette Board over there.

Happily I got my money back today along with compensation which was nice, I still went ahead and withdraw all my funds and will avoid BV in the future. This may change if I can be assured that this will not happen again.

The biggest problem with their support if that they have so many section that I don't think they all communicate with each other.  They also don't have a section dedicated to Live Casino like they do with all there other sections.
