I managed to get enough money to play comfortably with the higher betting limits.  Unlike the other Microgaming Live sites, this one gave me a full 28 seconds to bet, BUT....no confirm bets button.  I could not finish any bets. FYI.

I have played on Riverbelle and you don't have to confirm your bets.  Under "options" you can select confirm bets or auto.
