When to leave the casino?

I still go back and fourth, my thinking on this. WHEN to leave the casino?? Part of me thinks....if the method (any method) works fine, what is the harm playing it for 7 hours? I also have the belief that a loss is "due". Using nickel chips...should I net something small like $300, then leave? I must of changed my mind on this QUESTION at least 20 times. Ken
