Hi anand ;)

its pretty quiet here the last while, so i thought id kick start it off for you

One of the most effective and easier of the counting methods is the one called HI-LO

Its easy to learn, so hear goes folks

All cards from 2-3-4-5-6, get a value of plus 1

All cards from 7-8-9        get a value of       0(you basically ignore these cards)

All cards from 10-J-Q-K-A get a value of minus 1

Idea being that when the deck is rich in 10 value cards you have a better chance than the dealer

So when we get a plus count we bet more, and when we get a minus count we bet less or nothing

and played correctly we can actually move the house edge in our favour to about 2 %

All the best BelinerBruce ;)

Been practising a bit and yes it takes time to master it...I will Practise more and more...there are no easy ways to learn this ;)

Btw anyone know of the Knock out counting? the big diffrens is that you include the 7 to the low cards and give it +1...so if you count a whole deck of 52 cards you will not end up 0, you will end up +4 if you count it right..

would that put you at an advantage though or a disadvantage because as we know there are more bad cards then good cards, so potentially you would be exposing yourself to the bad hands more of the time, or am i wrong?

also i think we should get a few pictures of the basic strategy cards on here for the guys, different ones for the different amounts of decks aswell

I have one somewhere...I would just need someone to post it.

I just finished a session online...where you cannot card count.

The problem is that the auto shufflers are in just about every casino around...except handhelds, which are hard to count because the cards are not face-up.

I won $120 in about 18 minutes tonight.

Anyone here have any experience with shuffle tracking/card clumping? And have they found it to be successful in today's casinos?

My most profitable experiences from card counting are Insurance and Bust-out bets.
I use Wong Halves counting strategy with a separate 10-count for Insurance bets. I haven't found an online live dealer that offers Bust-out bets.
Check out my section Alarian's Lair.. I'm going to disclose a full guide on using the Wong Halves strategy Online and in Live Casinos.
