Various systems to play in vegas

I am going to Vegas this March and would like to know which are the simplest, best systems to play roulette...I will probably use several and i do not plan to sit at the table for many consecutive hours.
I plan to exit after a decent profit even if it means leaving after 10 minutes!

I also will probably play Blackjack, Baccarat and Video Poker...any recommendations here would be most welcome too.
